Jeremiah oversees all company operations including marketing, management, finance and maintenance. While completing his master’s degree in Information Systems Management, he began his career managing rental properties in his community.
Within his 20 years of property management experience, Jeremiah has served as president of the Utah chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. He was also a member of the Utah Apartment Association’s Executive Governance, is licensed as a continuing education instructor for the Utah Division of Real Estate, and holds several appointments in the local Association of Realtors.
Mark has over 10 years of management experience, specializing in large multi family complexes. In addition to managing units for clients, Mark owns several of his own rentals, giving him a unique perspective on what it takes to locate, purchase and manage an investment property. Managing investment properties is his passion and specialty. Mark also loves spending time with his wife and children, is an avid golfer, and is fluent in Spanish.
